While ordering VASHISHAT products, please specify Catalog number, product description and quantity desired. Orders may be placed via phone, e-mail or fax. For phone orders, we require a hard copy of the purchase order be forwarded after phone order is placed.
Product appearance and specifications are current at the time of printing, and are subject to change without prior notice. Availability for certain products may be limited depending upon the availability of raw material. For the most current pricing, please contact us or ask by Email. Prices mentioned in the Price List are ruling at the time of printing of the Price List and subject to change without prior notice. Goods shall be invoiced at prices ruling on the date of despatch. Prices are per piece only.
The GST will be charged extra and will vary on item as applicable at the time of supply. Prices
are exclusive of GST which shall be extra as applicable.
All shipments are on To-Pay freight basis. Instructions about Transport
& Cargo must be provided by the buyer at the time of order placement. VASHISHAT shall not be liable or responsible
for incidental, special, or consequential damages suffered by buyer, whether foreseen or
unforeseen,due to incorrect, delayed, or undelivered Delivery.
Consignment Delivery
lead times should be confirmed before placing of the order. Lead times are estimates only and VASHISHAT shall not be
liable for non-shipment or delay due to non availability of raw material,
lightning strikes, accidents, or any other causes beyond control of VASHISHAT ,
The standard packing
for all instruments & equipments will be as per pack size. Orders should be
given as per pack size only. Packing forwarding charges extra.
VASHISHAT accepts the
payment by demand draft/ cheques drawn on
Vashishat Scientific Corporation payable at Ambala Cantt. or NEFT / RTGS
transfer.
In the event of
payments through bank the customer has to retire the documents immediately on
presentation of the documents by the bank. The interest @21% will be charged on
all the payments received after due dates.
All disputes are subject to Ambala Jurisdiction.

We accept returns for any reason within 7 working days of receipt of goods. Items returned must be unused and in original packaging. Items not in resalable condition cannot be returned unless damaged or defective. We recommend you inspect all packages immediately upon arrival to ensure your satisfaction.
Products must be returned with all parts, accessories and user manuals in their original packaging. Also must not have been customized, modified or damaged in any way

Please provide our invoice number, your purchase order number, and a brief description of the reason for the return. with you when you call or mention it in your email.
We will issue you a Return Goods Authorization (RGA#) number along with any additional instructions.
Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted or credited. For some products or items may not be eligible for return. Customer will be responsible for all transportation fees on returns not due to Vashishat Scientific Corporation error.
Notice of damage / incorrect delivery / non-delivery of goods / damage or loss of goods in transit: If upon receipt your goods are damaged, incomplete, incorrect or short delivered, notification must be made within 5 working days of delivery. For non-delivery of goods notification should be made within 7 days of expected delivery date. Claims outside this period will not be accepted. Goods should not be returned without prior authorisation and you must quote your account number and relevant reference number. Claims for shortages or damage will not be accepted after a clear receipt has been given to our agent. If goods cannot be examined on delivery, delivery sheets or documents presented to the buyer should be signed “unexamined” and any damage or shortage discovered after examination of the goods notified in writing to us or our agent or carrier within two working days after delivery.
