Sharp Techno Systems developed this straightforward and easy to understand setup to investigate the behavior of cutting forces when milling is performed in three directions. Students can assess cutting depth, pace, and feed with the help of this unit. The device employs the widely used octagonal ring and strain gauges method of operation. It is in the first portion and consists of mechanical rings fastened with strain gauges between two MS plates. During milling operations, this group of octagonal rings provides the pertinent data to the force indicator.
