The
VIBLAB is made to assist in carrying out numerous experiments to clarify and
show the relationships and ideas involved in the study of vibrations.
This
equipment makes it possible to conduct a wide variety of vibration experiments
on a single fundamental framework. The channel section used to build the frame
is strong. The experiments are specifically made to be put together on the
framework quickly and easily with the help of a small number of standard
engineering tools. Large knurled knobs are used to clamp components to the
frame in more complex tube free and forced vibration experiments to speed up
changeover time. multiple of the components are shared by multiple experiments
as well.
It
is possible to purchase each of the referenced sets of experiments
independently and, if necessary, accumulate the entire set over time by
purchasing them all at once.
