The Vibration Labs are designed to facilitate a variety of experiments that demonstrate and clarify the concepts involved in the study of vibrations. This equipment allows a wide range of vibration experiments to be conducted on a single, robust framework. The channel section used to construct the frame is durable and strong. The experiments are specifically designed to be easily assembled on the framework with a minimal set of standard engineering tools. For more complex free and forced vibration experiments, large knurled knobs are used to clamp components to the frame, ensuring quick and easy changeovers. Many components are shared across multiple experiments. Each set of experiments can be purchased individually, and if needed, the entire set can be accumulated over time by purchasing them as required.
