Bomb
calorimeter setups provide a fast and cost effective way to determine the heat
of combustion of organic materials, along with the calorific value and sulfur
content of both solid and liquid fuels. These tools are fully capable of
analyzing data using the method recommended by the British Standard Institution
(BS 1016). The entire system has been constructed according to the standards
set by the British Standard Institute, using materials sourced from petroleum.

The calorimeter setup includes a bomb vessel with a support stirrer, linking leads, and a tube that connects the bomb to the pressure gauge. It also features a connecting tube with a fine adjustment valve, a water jacket, and a combined water jacket and calorimeter vessel lid. Additionally, there’s a spanner for attaching the oxygen tube, 2 meters of cotton ignition wire, nichrome, and a stainless-steel bomb lid. The set also includes a crucible, glycerol bomb capsule lifting hook, gas release valve, bomb launching unit, timer, vibrator, and benzenic acids. Various 'O' rings (large and small), along with an 'O' ring for the stirrer valve, are included, as well as a comprehensive user guide.
