The test rig is equipped with a two-stage air compressor, an air tank with an orifice, nine pressure gauges, an energy meter to track input, and a temperature indicator that gauges temperatures in various locations. The compressor is situated on an air receiver with the motor and contains a pressure switch and an air relief valve (safety). At various discharge pressures, the device estimates isothermal and volumetric efficiency.
