Main Unit of the Instrument comprises with an inbuilt regulated power supply, two digital meters for measuring voltage and current, provided with semiconductor diode in a temperature-controlled oven. A thermometer measures the temperature. This setup is complete for plotting reverse saturation current vs. temperature in a reverse-biased PN junction diode.
