Designed to be safe and reliable source of low voltage, DC power, for replacing dry cell batteries. The DC output is fully  regulated, overload  and short circuit  protected. Output  2  - 12V in steps of 2 volts. Operates on 230 Volts 50Hz. Load regulation- better than 1%.
