This electroscope is ideal for demonstrations of electrostatic principles in physics labs. Rectangular sheet metal case mounted on plastic base and provided with removable front and back sliding glass panels, one clear and other ground, respectively. Front glass window slides up to allow insertion of ionizing material in chamber. A transparent scale is attached inside chamber to measure the deflection of the gold leaf, fitted with 4mm socket terminal. Supplied complete with one pair of leaves.
