This Thermal Conductivity Apparatus is specifically designed to measure the thermal conductivities of insulating materials in slab form. The apparatus features a central heater sandwiched between two test specimens, with cooling plates on either side. A single, identical specimen is clamped securely between the heater and cooling plate. Additionally, a ring guard heater ensures unidirectional heat flow through the specimen, providing accurate and reliable results.
